PHENOMENAL WOMEN AWARDS
CRITERIA FOR SELECTION COMMITTEE
The nominee should be an established entrepreneur with a minimum of 3 years in her chosen business. This has to be her own business, not her husband’s or family business. She works at it full time and is making a living from her business.
The nominee gives back to the community by being a mentor, board member, committee member, or volunteer with a registered charity. Or provides a unique or necessary service or product to the public at no cost.
The nominee has a good Business Image - dresses appropriately for success in business.
If you know someone who fits this description, we invite you to nominate her for a Phenomenal Woman Award. The Selection Committee will choose 3 winners and each will be presented with a special Award Certificate and pin, plus $150.00 worth of services and products for women. Benefits for Women will hold its Phenomenal Woman Award Dinner at Carruther’s Creek Golf & Country Club in Ajax in the Spring 2011.
To nominate a candidate, please complete the enclosed nomination form and mail the requisite $40.00 nomination fee to Benefits for Women office. The nomination form and the fee must be received at our offices by the deadline (TBA) before nomination is considered official.
All nominees, their nominators, sponsors and media will be invited to the Nominees Gathering.
All nominees will be acknowledged at the Award Dinner and the winners presented with their prizes that evening.
Eligibility:
Nominee must consent to being nominated.
Nominee or Nominator may not work or volunteer with Benefits for Women.
